Malay Resipe, Nasi Ayam - 1
Bahan-bahan Nasi
kayu manis
bunga lawang
bunga cengkih
majerin(Planta)
serbuk kunyit(pewarna)
beras
kiub pati ayam knorr
garam
1. Panaskan periuk masukan bunga cengkih,kayu manis,bunga Lawang,serbuk kunyit dan majerin tumiskan sehingga naik baunya 2.Masukan air panaskan sehingga mendidih,masukkan garam dan kiub ayam secukup rasa dan beras(sukatan air seperti masak nasi putih biasa)

kicap pekat
garam
lada putih
1.Perap ayam dengan sume bahan bahan diatas selama sejam
bakar ayam tersebut
Bahan-bahan sup
leher ayam
kaki ayam
daun sup
kiub ayam
garam
ajinomoto
sup bunjut
bunga cengkih
bunga lawang
1.Tumis bunga cengkih, bunga lawang,
2.Masukkan air, masukkan leher. kaki ayam,
3.Last (perasa) ajinomoto, garam dan kiub ayam
Bahan - bahan cili
cili merah besar (20 biji)
bawang putih (5 ulas)
cuka
air Secukupnya garam
1.Blande semua bahan diatas sehingga pekat.
2.Masakan sehingga mendidih.
3.Masukkan sedikit garam.
(Rasa terpulang untuk masin atau masam).

minyak Bijan (Sedikit)
1.Masakan kan kicap cair dengan bawang dan sedikit minyak bijan.

Appertizer - 1
Cucumber & Green Pepper Salad
Wash ans seed the peppers and cut into similar strips.
Mix together the yogurt, vinegar, salt, sugar and onion, arrange cucumber and pepper strips decoratively on platter and pour the dressing over them.
Sprinkle the salad with mint chop

- 2 nos cucumber
- 2 nos green pepper
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Opening Speech
My 1st indication that food was something other than a substance one stuffed in one's face when hungry, like filling up at petrol station.
For me the cooking life has been long love affair with moment both sublime and ridiculous, but like love affair looking back remember and memory with people that ur love, friend, parents and etc. That happy times and the things that drew u in, attracted u in 1st place(hotel, restaurant..etc) with nice environment, people, service, food and drink all this thing that keep u coming back for more.
For me, i ve never regretted the unexpected left turn that dropped me into this carrier, hotel, restaurant business and i've long believed that good food, good eating is all about rick, for example oily, fat, salt, sugar and ets....
For me food has always been an adventures that everyday come with new presentation, taste, menu, ingredients, as long as good ans nice taste.
